Great job! Question for you regarding Uber eats/Uber One, do you think in addition to leveraging their size so they can offer something like Uber One, that they purposely design a difficult exit? -Kate

I think spotify would have been a great example, as it shows both indirect and direct network effects (think of: more users means more musicians will seek to market their music on spotify by virtue of the greater audience). In any case, you did great with uber already - Paul
